Are you looking for a professional bakery for YOUR bakery? Then our bread ovens are for YOU!

Our modular electric oven will grow according to the needs of your bakery, guaranteeing you the cooking of any type of bread, pastry and biscuits. The energy saving function will allow you to reduce consumption by 50% during break times or low workloads. You will not need assembly costs thanks to the handy external measures of the oven components.

Our bread ovens will be made in a single-chamber and two-chamber version with seven different cooking chamber sizes. The cooking surface will be made of refractory material and aluminised sheet metal with stainless steel armored heating elements arranged in the sky and in the stalls. In addition, the front in 18/10 AISI 304 stainless steel will ensure easy maintenance and long lasting resistance.

These professional ovens will include digital "touch screen" controls to ensure you easily adjust the temperature of the sky and the floor. The digital viewer will help you get the average temperature of your cooking chamber. All models will include overhead doors and automatic car wash system to facilitate your maintenance.
