We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX) bank transfer, subsidized loans and Paypal payments. We do not accept personal checks, debit card payments or payment on delivery.

When you purchase online using your credit card, all your information will go into a secure SSL webpage. Your information will be SSL-encrypted and sent directly to the network of our credit card providers, where your card and your transaction will be authorized and approved. Your credit card information will not be stored on our servers.

We will always reserve the right after receipt of the order to accept or decline the order, or a portion of it, in our sole discretion, even after the customer receives the order confirmation or after the credit card has been authorized. If the credit card has been authorized for the purchase and the order is canceled, we will issue the credit to the payment method used.

Any cancellation made after an order has been placed will be subject to a cancellation fee of € 0.50 regardless of when the order was placed (even if it is a second later) as the supplier of your credit card will charge a cancellation fee.

Please make sure your address can not be changed after the order has been processed or shipped. Kindly update your delivery address to your residential address instead of another holiday address because we do not know how long the destination customs department will keep the parcel pending.

We will send you an e-mail with tracking information as soon as possible once your order is shipped. Usually, you will receive the tracking number one day after the order has left the courier will have this service.
