Do you want to buy a frytop for YOUR professional kitchen? Then our professional frytop will do for YOU!

Our fry tops will be made of stainless steel AISI 304 with a thickness of 2 mm to ensure a long lasting resistance. Scotch-Brite satin finish, chrome details and rounded profiles will make the design made in Italy unique. The fry tops will be equipped with shelves with backsplash and knobs with a degree of water protection.

You can choose the smooth or ribbed plate, normal or chromed and ceramic, all will quickly reach the desired temperature with adjustment from 50 to 300 °. These plates will also include a double thermostat: work and safety.

The fry tops will be easy and quick to clean thanks to the simple dismantling of the front panel. In addition, the liquid collection basins will be large and removable to facilitate maintenance.
