Our modular electric oven will guarantee you the cooking of any kind of dough, for your pizza. The energy saving function will help you reduce the consumption of 50% of your professional laboratory. In addition, the external measurements of the oven components will be easy to handle to allow easy assembly.

These pizza ovens can be found in a single-chamber and two-chamber version with seven different cooking chamber sizes. The hob will be made of refractory material and aluminised sheet metal, and the stainless steel armored heating elements arranged in the sky and in the stalls will ensure a long resistance over time. All the soft ovens will include digital "touch screen" controls to help you adjust the temperature of the sky and the floor. In fact, thanks to the digital display you can get the ideal temperature of your cooking chamber. The pizza ovens will be included with overhead doors and automatic car wash system to facilitate your maintenance.
