These pizza ovens will include digital "touch screen" controls to quickly assure the regulation of the sky and floor temperature. The digital viewer will assist you to get the ideal temperature of your cooking chamber. All soft ovens will include overhead doors and automatic car wash system to facilitate your maintenance.

Our electric ovens will include the single-chamber and two-chamber version with seven different cooking chamber sizes. The hob will be in refractory material and aluminized sheet steel with armored steel resistances ensuring a long resistance over time. In addition, the front in 18/10 AISI 304 stainless steel will ensure easy maintenance.
